Allah Says in the Holy Quran:
“Hold firmly to the rope of Allah.”

When we listen to the Prophet (peace be upon him) talk about good and important things he always encouraged us to hold on to it, stick to it, cling to it! Even Allah tells us “hold on” firmly to the rope of Allah (Quran (3):103).
So the idea of clinging to what is true, righteous, and good – this is what we have to train ourselves to do.
